Patient experience and a heartwarming message

In our practice patient experience is everything. A couple of days ago I have got an email from one of my patients. I asked her to share her experience with me and as a result she wrote me back these heartwarming words.

I was referred for an Osteopath assessment in follow up to an acupuncture appointment. Osteopath is a field I had little to no experience of until my treatment with Mehrbod. I was prompted to visit following a fall that impacted areas where I was already carrying pain, discomfort and reduced mobility but had no integrated treatment for this in the past.

Generous with his time and respectful of budget, he is available through the patient support app, to answer questions and concerns if they come up between sessions. Mehrbod empowers through openly sharing his knowledge and expertise; this combined with empathy and care for work being done is helping ease pain and increase mobility!
